Tournament HQ: Lounsberry Hollow Middle School

- Open to 8U – 16U (B/C Teams)
- We use USA Softball’s age requirement and cut off date of Septemebr 1st.
- Costumes are not mandatory but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
- Awards for best costumes for each age group
- Costumes must be worn on Saturday but they are not necessary on Sunday
- 2 Day Tournament – 4 Games minimum guaranteed (8U – 3 games, with 4th game for top 2 teams all on the same day)
- 3 game round robin play on Saturday
- Single elimination play on Sunday (10U-16U only)
- Rings and medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd places in each age group
- Player MVP Medals given after every game
- $450 for 8U (1 Day Tournament on October 25th)
- $650 for 10U-12U (1 Umpire, 20 for finals)
- $700 for 14U-16U (2 Umpires for all gmaes)
- Umpires and Balls included
- No Rain Date – Refund based on number of games played
- Food and drink truck TBD
- Bathroom facilities will be located at each set of fields
- Registration closes October 4th, 2025
